Shipping & Delivery Policy

The standard ground mail service is shipped via Delhivery/Bluedart/Ecomexpress/Xpressbees/Ekart/Indianpost. We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours in normal business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.

Return & Refund

General Questions

We are providing 3 days return policy if product damage received or wrong product received. Customer need to share the screenshots of the product within 24 hours on care@safecliffe.in or WhatsApp on +91-93-555-111-54.

We will refund the amount within 7 working days if customer wants to cancel the order, Once we verified will refund the amount.
