– Reviews by or on behalf of a person or company with a financial interest in the product or a competitors product (Reviews by authors, artists, publishers manufacturers without disclosure)
– Reviews written for any form of compensation
– Reviews given using fake ids, irrelevant user email ids
– Asking for helpful votes
– Review in any language other than English (Unless there is a clear connection to the product, like a regional book or a regional music album)
– Feedback about errors in the product description
Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment in which you can pay cash at the time of delivery of your order. You can also pay using a credit card/ debit card if the Courier Executive carries a swiping machine.

Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call Centre support is available from Monday to Saturday, 09:30 am to 07:00 pm IST and on Sunday’s From 10:00 am – 06:00 pm IST.
Yes. SafeCliffe uses third-party payment processing services to process all credit/debit card payment transactions. These payment intermediaries are PCI-compliant, which is the most stringent level of certification standard that ensures all cardholders’ data is stored, processed and transmitted securely by using the industry standard encryption technology.
Delivery Questions
You’ll get email confirmation of your order along with tracking details and you can always login to your account and track status. If the status of your order appears as “Processing Order”, your order has been shipped. You can also get information regarding your shipment by calling our Customer Service number: 93150-57886.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email request to care@safecliffe.in. Please note that in case your order has already been charged or delivered, we cannot cancel it.

If damaged, or wrong, please send the Order ID and a picture of the damaged or wrong item, complete with the batch number clearly visible, to order@safecliffe.in If an item is missing, send an email, to order@safecliffe.in Please indicate if you prefer a refund or a replacement.
